Senior Litigation Associate/Partner

The Merker Group is working with a premier boutique law firm to find a Senior Litigation Associate or Partner-level attorney to join their Los Angeles office. This firm offers a hybrid work policy and very competitive compensation, as well as a very manageable billable hour requirement.This role is open to senior associates or junior-level partner attorneys (no portable work is required).Candidate Qualifications:8+ years of strong litigation experience, including all phases of discovery (drafting and responding to pleadings, motion practice, and handling court appearances).Able to supervise litigation matters from inception through trial.First or second chair trial experience is preferred.Background in real estate litigation matters and/or shareholder/partner disputes is a plus.Ability to manage multiple matters and stay on top of deadlines, and strong expertise in communicating and managing client relationships.Prior Am Law 100, 200, or boutique litigation law firm experience.Excellent academic credentials.JD and active CA Bar license.Limited career moves.**This role is not publicly listed and the firm has directly asked us to work on it.
