Investment Operations Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations Intern to support our team with essential operational and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in investment operations and data administration, providing exposure to industry processes and workflows in a collaborative environment. No direct client interaction is required.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Investment Operations SupportAssist with operational tasks such as account opening, transfers, and record maintenance.Support trade processing and monitor investment accounts.Help prepare documentation for new and existing accounts.Assist with money movement troubleshooting and account rebalancing.Data AdministrationProcess account maintenance requests and maintain organized files.Support administrative requests from the operations team.Handle internal communications and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Interest in investment operations or the financial services industry.Strong communication skills for internal collaboration.Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Preferred (not required):Familiarity with investment platforms or brokerage operations.Basic understanding of financial markets and securities.
