You will drive massive-scale initiatives across Treasury and Risk, utilizing tools like Jira and Smartsheet to orchestrate complex transitions to Category III regulatory standards during a pivotal period of legal entity integration.The Role Lead the execution of high-priority Treasury initiatives, serving as the central coordination point for Finance, Risk, Technology, and Legal workstreams. Architect and maintain complex project plans, milestone trackers, and dependency maps to ensure seamless transition to enhanced regulatory standards. Drive accountability across senior stakeholders, facilitating high-impact governance forums and leadership discussions with clear, data-driven insights. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, challenging delays and surfacing blockers to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment. Partner directly with the Treasury Chief of Staff to bring structure to ambiguity and execute process improvements across liquidity, funding, and capital planning.What You'll Need 5+ years of Project Management experience within Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or complex Financial Services environments. Deep expertise in Treasury, Finance, or Regulatory initiatives (Liquidity, Capital Planning, or Balance Sheet management experience is a major plus). Mastery of project management toolsets including Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and advanced Excel for tracking and reporting. Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs with large-scale dependencies and demanding stakeholder groups. Exceptional communication skills with the "entrepreneurial grit" to push for deliverables and drive clarity without constant direction.What's On Offer Highly competitive base salary range of $78,750 - $132,500 based on experience.
