NIL Athlete Outreach Intern

Unpaid Internship Opportunity:Electro makes the first functional electrolyte gum built for performance, focus, and recovery. We've grown through a mix of athlete partnerships, creator collabs on TikTok and Instagram, and an expanding affiliate program.This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Hiring an intern to help us grow our ambassador and affiliate program. The role mixes athlete outreach, TikTok and Instagram creator sourcing, and CRM management across all our partner channels.Qualifications- Strong written English and communication skills.- Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.- Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.- Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.The Role- Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.- Keep athlete records organized and up to date.- Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.- Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches.- Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.- Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships.- Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.What You Get- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator outreach.- A real chance to grow into a long-term role on the team.- Direct exposure to how a modern DTC brand scales through TikTok and creator partnerships.⚡ Apply now and help us build the future of athlete-first brands.
