Maintenance Team Lead Night ShiftBlack Bear Talent is hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Lead in Waynesboro, VA!This is more than a maintenance role you'll be the go-to leader on nights, owning equipment reliability, supporting your team, and keeping production on track when it matters most.Qualifications:Lead and support maintenance technicians during overnight operationsRespond to equipment issues and direct repairs to minimize downtimeJump in hands-on during critical breakdowns when neededCoach and develop your team while setting clear expectationsDrive improvements in equipment reliability and maintenance processesPartner with production to plan and execute maintenance workSupport preventative and predictive maintenance programsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with standardsAssist with inventory, parts, and cost controlRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturingAt least 1 year leading or supervising a teamStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with PLCs (Siemens or Allen Bradley)Familiarity with drives, HMIs, and industrial controlsKnowledge of safety and regulatory standardsExperience with preventative maintenance systems (CMMS preferred)Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working at heights and in industrial environmentsAble to work around noise, dust, and varying temperaturesWork schedule12 hour shiftNight shift
