This position will prepare meals for the USDA's Summer Feeding Program. This is a federally funded program, administered by the Iowa Department of Education for mean reimbursement which will be located at the middle school. The candidate should be able to cook large quantities, batch cook, be knowledgeable of food safety and proper sanitation. It will be their responsibility to meet all nutritional requirements, complete documentation, inventory, cook/serve meals, and collect accurate count for reimbursement.
