This role focuses on collecting, transforming, modeling, and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights through high quality dashboards and reports. The analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across GTS, business intelligence, data engineering, business analysis, process engineering, governance, and analytics teams to solve complex, enterprise scale technical challenges. Core Responsibilities Report & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain interactive, high quality Power BI dashboards and reportsClearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights to technical and non technical stakeholdersEnsure dashboards are user friendly, accessible, and aligned with best practice data visualization standards Data Modeling & TransformationBuild and optimize semantic data models, including relationships, calculated columns, and measures using DAXPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query (M)Apply star schema and dimensional modeling concepts to support scalable reporting Performance OptimizationOptimize Power BI data models and DAX calculations for performance, scalability, and reliabilityIdentify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing and report renderingApply best practices for large scale enterprise BI solutions Documentation & StandardsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for:Data models and transformation logicReport definitions and KPI calculationsOperational and governance proceduresEnsure transparency, consistency, and long term maintainability of BI assets Required QualificationsProven advanced experience with Microsoft Power BIStrong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and ETL processesHands on experience with SQL, Python, and PySparkDemonstrated focus on DAX performance optimizationAbility to work effectively in complex, cross functional technical environmentsOnline portfolio showcasing analytics and BI work using non confidential data Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certifications (one or more preferred):Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL 300)Analytics Engineer Associate (DP 600)Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP 700)Experience with Microsoft FabricStrong background in relational and non relational databasesExperience building data pipelines, medallion architecture, and enterprise BI platformsStrong focus on user experience (UX), interaction design, accessibility, and modern data visualization best practices5 to 10+ years of experience delivering large scale, complex technology transformation, analytics, automation, and business intelligence initiatives Work EnvironmentHybrid onsite model: 4 days per week onsite in Quincy, MAFast paced, enterprise technology environmentClose collaboration with senior technical and business stakeholders
