Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Licensed Junior Financial Advisor/Registered Administrative Assistant for an on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities include supporting senior advisors in developing financial plans, conducting investment research, assisting with retirement planning, and providing excellent client service. This role also involves managing administrative tasks, preparing client documents, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while fostering long-term relationships with clients.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Advisory, and InvestmentsFamiliarity with Retirement Planning and wealth management strategiesKnowledge of finance principles and best practicesMust already have Series 7, 65/66 requiredSuperior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in an on-site environmentProficiency in financial software tools and systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
