Job Description Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areasLoad and unload dishwashing machinesWash specific items by using the three-compartment sink, i.e., plates, glasses, large pots and pan, silverware etc.Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriatelySet up workstations before meal prep beginsEnsure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hoursMaintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and place orders when necessaryCheck washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issuesRemove garbage regularlySanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
