Civil Project Manager
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead Site Development projects from planning through completion. The role focuses on managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating design, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong civil design skills, experience with site development, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee civil engineering projects including site development, grading, drainage, and SWPPP implementation from concept through completion.Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Coordinate and mentor internal design teams, consultants, and contractors; review design drawings and technical reports for accuracy and constructability.Serve as the client point of contact: prepare proposals, present project updates, and maintain strong client relationships.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements; coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed.Perform civil design tasks and provide technical guidance on grading plans, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility coordination.Develop and implement SWPPP plans and oversee erosion and sediment control measures during construction.
