Prism Health a program apart of Cascade AIDS Projectis excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Systems Admin II. The Systems Admin II position is vital to the operational success of the Agency in that its core function is to ensure all IT systems and networks are working optimally. Under the direction of the Manager of Information Systems & Clinic Operations (MISCO), this position collaborates on and provides coordination and oversight of planning, organizing, and directing various aspects of IT hardware and software deployments. This position provides support, updating, and training on existing IT infrastructure, applications, and platforms. It recommends new IT infrastructure, applications, and platforms that may increase efficiency and cyber security safety. This is a Full-Time role working at our Prism Morris location in North Portland. The schedule for this role is fully on site, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. The Salary for this position is $72,000.00 a year. Who You Are 5-6 years experience in varied operations and IT functions with a good customer service track record Ability to operate, assemble, and disassemble relevant personal computing hardware (e.g., personal computers, software, printers, storage media) Demonstrated knowledge of standard software Technical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Cloud Operations, Intune, Security and Compliance tools, and PowerShell Technical experience with Entra ID Objects and Security groups Experience working with data and network security technologies What Youll Do Perform server administration tasks, research event-log warnings and errors, and monitor resources to ensure that systems are working efficiently and seamlessly Monitor server health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and phones; support SD-WAN integration Work collaboratively with MSP vendor Work collaboratively with staff, providing end-user support through CAP's ticketing system At Cascade AIDS Project, we believe in unlocking potential.
