General Surgeon Needed in Somerset, KY A 295-bed acute care facility in Somerset is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join their team in an employed practice. The incoming physician will be joining 2 existing employed General Surgeons within the group. It has a service area population of 200,000 and an established Hospitalist service to handle surgery admissions. Newly renovated Operating Rooms, a dedicated surgical team with first assist available and anesthesia coverage, make this a great opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate would participate in the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residency Program by precepting our resident and students on elective rotations as needed.
