Senior Hydropower FERC Licensing Program Manager (Remote/Hybrid)

Overview In this role you lead and expand hydropower licensing, compliance, and regulatory services for a national practice. You will direct FERC licensing, relicensing, amendments, transfers, and dam removal initiatives across the U.S., working with clients, agencies, Tribal Nations, and stakeholders. You’ll shape regulatory strategy, client relationships, and growth through cross-functional leadership and capture efforts. Your work combines project delivery with business development to advance the hydropower portfolio. This is a remote role with travel to support projects, regulatory activities, and client opportunities, offering a chance to make a broad, lasting impact in the energy transition.
