Master Data Solution Architect & SAP MM SMEWe are currently looking for a Master Data Solution Architect & SAP MM SME to join a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.This role is central to defining and governing the future master data landscape, ensuring harmonized processes, scalable architecture, and high-quality data across procurement, production, maintenance, finance, and supply chain domains.Role OverviewStart: ASAPLong-term transformation programGlobal SAP S/4HANA environment6 months contract + extensions Key Responsibilities• Own and develop the global Material Master concept • Lead architecture and harmonization of SAP master data processes • Drive alignment across classification, variant configuration (VC/AVC), and integrations • Support data migration, mapping, testing, and cutover activities • Define templates, governance standards, and scenario-based rules • Ensure consistency across integrated systems (MES, planning systems, MDM, etc.) • Support operational master data processes and post go-live stability • Act as SME and escalation point within SAP MM and Variant Configuration • Deliver training and support data governance initiativesKey Requirements• Strong expertise in SAP MM, Material Master, Classification, and Variant Configuration • Deep understanding of SAP master data architecture and governance • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects • Experience with data migration, testing, and cutover activities • Experience with Variant Configuration / AVC backend modeling • Understanding of integrations with production and planning systems • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsNice to Have• Experience with MES or MDM integrations • Experience with NPI processes, MTO/MTS flows • Experience supporting global governance and harmonization initiatives
