Delivery DirectorOur cloud and infrastructure service line is looking for a Delivery Director to join our Delivery team. As a Delivery Director, you will be responsible and accountable for the performance of the delivery team and delivery quality of the engagement, executive client and internal stakeholder satisfaction and engagement P+L for the engagement. The Delivery Director is an experienced and active member of the Randstad Digital Delivery team while demonstrating professionalism and thought leadership through colleague and client interactions.Required Skills:Excellent written and oral communicator across all levels of an organization, particularly the executive level of an organizationStrategic thinker that has experience with developing multi-year strategic plans for executives5+ Years of running a $30M+ line of Business (P+L management)Client facing IT Solutions Service Delivery Experience, in the IT Operations and Cloud and Infrastructure areaAbility to engage and manage tactical delivery on a daily basis, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and identifying continuous process improvement opportunitiesJob Duties:Managing a portfolio of clients:Contributing to project plan development, objectives and deadline setting, as well as monitoring team progress against planEnsuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goalsBuilding strong relationships with both internal and external executivesWorking independently on engagement tasks while directing junior resource effortsManage account teams and ensure client expectations are metLiaison with the client to gain a thorough understanding of business vision and direction. Ensure efforts align with that directionRecruit new resources, capacity plan, conduct performance managementDevelop policies, processes, development programs to elevate the organization to meet client needsRecommend business development strategies and process improvement opportunities that increase Randstads value propositionGeneral Practice Development: contribute to overall practice success, including:Providing thought leadership on technology trends and developmentsIdentify opportunities to develop and review intellectual capitalProviding inputs to the hiring process of new Solution Services candidatesPerforming mentoring responsibilities for junior members of the teamSupporting company culture and ensuring timely communicationLead Proposal Development: serve as a proposal design and development manager.
