Come save lives. Come grow with us. This role is hybrid and requires residency within a 35-mile radius of the 80230 area. The schedule includes 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Mondays and Fridays). The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices to ensure on-time payments. The AP Specialists performs other department functions as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process invoices from coding complex transactions, routing for approval, and posting to the general ledger within a high volume, multi facility environment. Performs check, ACH, and Virtual Payment run coordination and approvals Process complex transactions and perform related accounting duties, such as account maintenance and reconciliations. Supports month-end and year-end closes processes Help manage accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a transactional processing role Knowledge of capital expenditures and prepaid account processing. Intermediate Excel skills, including basic formulas and data review. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in completing repetitive tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond to internal and external inquiries professionally. Working knowledge of W-9 documentation and 1099 processing requirements. Ability to follow established procedures, controls, and approval workflows, apply basic problem-solving skills to identify issues or discrepancies, and escalate concerns to the appropriate leader as needed. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Experience processing invoices, payments, and account maintenance in a multi-facility or high-volume environment. Microsoft Business Central Experience Compensation range for the Accounts Payable Specialist role is $19.00 to $24.00 per hour.
