Production Welder

Overview We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and the ability to work with different materials, including sheet metal and ductwork. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety while fabricating high-quality products. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on various materials, primarily focusing on sheet metal and ductwork. Utilize power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components according to specifications. Operate machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutting tools for precise cuts and bends. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of welded joints and structures for integrity and compliance with safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with welding operations. Skills Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Experience working with ductwork and sheet metal fabrication. Familiarity with operating cranes and other heavy machinery safely. Ability to use various power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment effectively. Knowledge of plasma cutting processes and press brake machine operations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
