Litigation Associate

Property Coverage Litigation Associate (2-5 Years) Responsibilities Manage and support a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Personal injury litigation Business and commercial disputes Professional negligence claims Products liability matters Conduct written discovery and manage document production Take and defend depositions Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents Participate in case strategy development and client communications Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys to advance litigation objectives Manage deadlines and case responsibilities in a fast-paced practice Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the California Bar 2-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience Experience handling discovery and depositions Exposure to one or more of the following areas preferred: Products liability Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational and case management abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Why This Opportunity Our client offers attorneys the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters within a supportive and growth-oriented platform.
