As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company's success.Your TasksDrive all commercial processes within customer team to improve profitabilitySetup and maintain correct, plausible and competitive project calculations for complex products with several production plants involvedMonitor project profitability frequently and support identifying countermeasures in case of plan or target deviationsDerive target cost for acquisition/development projects and support identifying measures to achieve targeted cost structureParticipate in business planning activities of customer team/product group through providing and analyzing of relevant commercial information (maintain acquisition and development project calculations in integrated planning system, analysis of series projects etc.)Ensures compliance of group, business unit and regional requirements of commercial processesPrepare accurate monthly customer team P&L analysis that include actual to plan/target bridge analysis, future result development estimates and risk/opportunity assessmentsEvaluation and regular tracking of cost improvement measures of the customer teamPrepare ad hoc analysis, special business case evaluation and cost benefit analysisYour Profile Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience3+ years work experience in technical/engineering or Controlling/Finance functionIdeally profound Controlling or Project Development Process knowledgeAdvanced skills in MS-ExcelVery good analytical skills and understanding of numbersGood communication abilitiesSelf-driven and structured working approach We offer you a modern working environment with our Brose working world Brose offers a high-tech work environment and a wide range of benefits.
