CNC Horizontal Boring Mill & Lathe Technician

If that sounds like a great night, this direct-hire role with an employee-owned manufacturer in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is for you.Your mission Deliver precise results on large components across mills and lathes while keeping safety and teamwork at the forefront.Core responsibilities Set up and operate vertical and horizontal lathes for large turning projects.Run and optimize a Fanuc-controlled CNC Horizontal Boring Mill (preferred).Use dial calipers, dial indicators, and OD/ID mics for in-process verification.Interpret blueprints and BOMs to plan setups and verify results.Work with Fanuc and/or Fagor controls; contribute to programming (training available).Leverage manual lathe experience (Monarch, LeBlond, Niles experience is a plus).What success looks like Within 90 days, you confidently set up complex large-part jobs and collaborate seamlessly with the team.Quality targets are met consistently using sound measurement practices.Safety and housekeeping standards are second nature.Qualifications 5+ years CNC milling or turning experience on large parts (required).Strong blueprint/BOM reading skills and manual measurement proficiency.Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor; programming exposure preferred (training provided).Compensation & schedule Pay: $25–$40/hour based on experience.Shifts: 1st & 2nd ShiftSecond shift differential: +$5/hour and quarterly bonuses for 2nd shift machinists.Employment type: Direct Hire via PrideStaff.Ownership, benefits, and time off 100% ESOP — share in the company's success.401(k) match.Medical, Dental, Vision.Life, LTD, STD (optional).PTO.Who you'll be joining A growth-minded, long-established, employee-owned manufacturer where teammates work hard, look out for one another, and never compromise on safety.Take the next step If you're an experienced CNC machinist who loves large workpieces and precision craftsmanship, apply today.
