Security industry experience is highly preferred, but not required if you have a proven record of building new business in a territory-based sales role.This role can be a strong fit for someone who has sold services such as facilities support, fire and life safety, HVAC service, uniforms, pest control, waste services, industrial rentals, commercial equipment, building services, low-voltage solutions, or other recurring B2B services.You will be selling integrated security solutions that may include professional security officers, armed and unarmed coverage, patrol services, surveillance technology, remote monitoring, alarm response, site assessments, and security consulting.Roles and Responsibilties:Outside sales, territory sales, field-based B2B sales, or physical security operations experienceProven ability to build relationships face to faceComfort spending most of the week in the fieldStrong prospecting, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skillsAbility to create opportunities without relying only on inbound leads or email campaignsSelf-starter who can manage a local territoryStrong customer service mindsetAbility to understand customer needs and recommend practical solutionsCRM discipline and accurate sales activity trackingValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Tampa Bay marketExperience:Physical security, contract security, guard services, patrol, or security operations experienceCommercial security systems experience, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, remote monitoring, or integrated security systemsField-based B2B sales experience in a recurring service industry
