Our team is experienced,responsive, and focused on delivering real results in the field.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and accountable Parts Specialist to take full ownership ofsourcing, quoting, procurement, and shipping of parts that support our field serviceoperations.This role directly supports customers operating CNC grinding equipment, as well as ourfield service engineers working on-site at customer facilities. You will be responsible forensuring the right parts are sourced, priced correctly, and delivered on time to supportmachine uptime and service execution.This is a critical, high-impact role that directly affects customer satisfaction, serviceefficiency, and company profitability.Key Responsibilities- Source parts from domestic and international suppliers- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes- Apply proper pricing to maintain margins- Issue and manage purchase orders- Coordinate parts with field service engineers and job schedules- Manage shipping logistics, including imports and documentation- Ensure on-time delivery of parts to customer sites and technicians- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing optionsQualifications- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or parts management (required)- Experience with ERP and/or inventory management systems (strongly preferred)- Prior experience working with CNC equipment or in a machine tool environment is a plus,but not required- Experience working in a technical, industrial, or equipment-related environment preferred- Mechanical aptitude or the ability to understand technical parts breakdowns is highlyvalued- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- High level of accountability and ownershipWhat Sets This Role ApartThis is not a clerical or administrative position.You are expected to take ownership of the entire parts process — from sourcing to delivery— and make decisions that directly impact cost, efficiency, and customer outcomes.You will work closely with technicians in the field and play a key role in keeping customermachines running.Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary based on experience- Annual bonus tied to company performance and parts profitability- 401(k) with company match- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time offWhy This Role MattersEvery part you source, price, and deliver has a direct impact on machine uptime, customersatisfaction, and company profitability.The right person in this role will not just manage parts — they will improve processes,control costs, and help drive the growth of the business.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief introduction to info@mmsllc.com outlining your experience and interest in the role.
