Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Allstate agency. This is a performance-driven role with strong income potential for individuals who are competitive, disciplined, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
Conduct insurance reviews and provide customized quotes
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Maintain consistent daily activity to meet production goals
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
