The ideal candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing support to senior attorneys, and representing clients in various litigation matters. This position offers an opportunity to develop litigation skills in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and analysis of legal documentsConduct legal research and draft memosPrepare for and attend court hearings and trialsManage discovery process and documentationCommunicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counselSupport senior attorneys in case strategy and executionParticipate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessionsStay updated on relevant laws and regulationsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in the relevant jurisdictionStrong understanding of litigation processes and proceduresExcellent research and writing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNice to have: Knowledge or experience in Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, or Insurance Defense
