Job Description: As an entry-level Laserfiche Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with Laserfiche software. Your role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users on software functionalities, and ensuring a smooth experience. You'll work with senior staff to escalate complex issues and improve support processes. Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities are essential. Training will be provided to enhance your technical expertise and customer service skills. Responsibilities: Technical support: Help users by researching and answering questions related to computer systems, software and hardware, emphasizing Laserfiche software. .Troubleshoot issues promptly via phone or email. Problem solving: Identify problems, research solutions, and guide clients through corrective steps. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation to improve client references and endure compliance with service agreements. Client training: Contribute to developing client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language. System performance: Enhance system performance by identifying issues and suggesting improvements. CPS is committed to supporting professional development. Qualifications/Skills Problem solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. Verbal and written communications: Effective communication skills include communicating internally and with clients and ISVs. Operating systems: Proficiency in various operating systems. Customer service: Ability to prioritize client satisfaction. Quality focus: Attention to detail is critical for this position. PC proficiency: Comfortable with computer systems, specifically Windows OS. System administration: Basic understanding of system administration. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or computer information systems. Prior information technology or systems administration is a plus.
