Triangle Associates, Inc is looking for an experienced General Trades Project Manager/Estimator to lead our self-performed trades work across Northern Michigan from our Traverse City, Michigan officeIf you have a strong background in estimating, field leadership, and managing commercial trades work — and you take pride in delivering safe, profitable, high-quality projects — we want to connect.About the RoleYou'll lead the estimating, planning, execution, and financial performance of self-performed scopes including:Rough & finish carpentryDoors, frames & hardwareDivision 10 specialtiesSelective demolitionAdditional assigned general trades workWhat You'll DoEstimating & PreconstructionPerform takeoffs and develop labor production ratesSolicit and evaluate vendor pricingIdentify risks and constructability issuesPrepare proposals, scope letters, and clarificationsLead estimate-to-field turnoverProject ManagementDevelop labor plans and production schedulesManage field crews and foremenTrack productivity and job costsManage change orders and financial forecastingLead project closeout and final cost reconciliationYou'll work closely with operations leadership, field teams, accounting, and client project managers to ensure strong performance across safety, quality, and profitability.What You Bring5–15+ years in commercial self-performed tradesStrong estimating and project management experienceProven ability to lead field laborKnowledge of cost control, budgeting, and change managementProficiency in Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling toolsMIOSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid (preferred)What We ValueAt Triangle Associates, our core values guide everything we do:Safety.
