Where is the work
On-Site (5 days)
Trane Technologies is looking for Inventory Distribution Technician-Consolidator to join our team on at our Atlanta, GA location. The PIV equipment used includes forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers.
This is a full time, direct hire position with Trane Technologies (not a temp position)
This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities
Safely operates PIV equipment, (forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers) to load, unload, sort, stack, and stage product
Locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations
Ensure that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition
Work with local and regional freight companies
Stock and arrange product to ensure inventory accuracy
Enters inventory into software system
Ensure accuracy of part number, quantity, and other data field entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, and location. Resolves discrepancies as necessary
Ensures that pallets are stable, have appropriate height, and are free of damage
Prioritizes the timely delivery or removal of designated materials to meet customer needs
Performs training, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned
Previous experience with consolidation is highly preferred
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED not required
Some warehouse and forklift experience preferred
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must have valid driver's license
