Bio-Med Engineer - (Entry Level)

BEPC has an open position for an Engineer. Location: Lake Bluff, IL Requisition ID: ABOJP00031231 Contract W2 Period: 12-month contract with possibilities for extensions Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Pay Rate: $45- 55/hr. Job focusses on the repair and servicing of Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry robotic analyzers in a Laboratory Environment. Resource will be in a dual role; will perform GSS activities; helping out the global service teams, writing out documents, answering field questions. Performing installation and repairs on Alinity CI instruments for in house Assay development instruments and traveling to clinical sites to perform instrument service. Top 3 skills: 1. Mechanical or electrical engineering or Bio-Med degree 2. Work history/projects done in college that relates to job. 3. Architectural skills 25-30% travel required Requirements: · Recent college grads Entry level position · Job requires a background in Mechanical, Electrical or Bio-Medical engineering. With exposure to Robotics a plus. · At least 1 yr. of experience or fresh out of college. Someone who is energetic and flexible and can travel when needed.
