They provide comprehensive tax planning and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of business and high-net-worth individual clients. The are seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join their team. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Junior Staff Accountant position. The Junior Staff Accountant will handle daily accounting activities such as maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close processes, and preparing financial reports. Additional responsibilities include supporting audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in accounts payable and receivable activities. The Junior Accountant will work collaboratively with the accounting team to maintain accurate and efficient financial operations.QualificationsStrong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other ERP systemsAbility to monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assist with auditsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and complianceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrior internship or work experience in accounting is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong desire to grow and work toward CPA certificationThe targeted salary range for this position is $65,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience.
