Job Description TIG WelderPay: $21.00?$24.00/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday?Friday, 1st Shift (5:30 AM ? 2:00 PM) Must be open to mandatory overtime and weekend work (including Saturdays)10?12 hour workdays may be required based on production needsMadden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking experienced TIG Welders for a manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. This company specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering long-term stability and growth for candidates who are reliable and committed.Responsibilities:Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and steel components Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Assemble and fabricate parts with precision and accuracy Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and production standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Must be able to read a tape measure accurately (including fractions) Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and able to handle a fast-paced production environment Must pass a background check and drug screen Client Interview & Test Requirements:During the interview process, candidates should be prepared to complete:Weld Test ? to evaluate TIG welding skills and technique Tape Measure Test ? to assess ability to read measurements and fractions accuratelyCandidates must be comfortable completing both assessments onsite#zr
