Hematology/Oncology Physician

Locum Hematology/Oncology Opportunity Oregon Bay Area Hospital is seeking a Locum Hematology/Oncology physician to provide outpatient cancer care coverage due to physician retirement and relocation. Position Details:* Outpatient coverage at a free-standing cancer center * Minimum commitment of two weeks per month with ongoing coverage needed * Schedule: 4 5 days per week, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM, with administrative time available * Shared call rotation of 1:4, including seven days of call with one weekend * Average outpatient volume of patients per day * Inpatient rounding required only when patients are admitted for chemotherapy * EMR: EpicPractice Environment:* Team currently includes three physicians and two advanced practice providers * Radiation oncology services available onsite * Patient mix is primarily oncology-focused, with limited benign hematology casesRequirements:* Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology * Oregon medical license preferred; willingness to obtain accepted * DEA required * Ability to obtain medical staff privileges * Clean malpractice and background history highly preferred * CAQH login required at time of offer * NPDB self-query required at time of presentationAdditional Details:* Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6 8 weeks * Orientation includes required EMR training * Lodging accommodations providedby Jobble
