BIM Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models of building designs using Building Information Modeling software. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and comply with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of building designs using BIM software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and comply with project specifications.
Analyze and troubleshoot design issues to ensure that models are error-free and optimized for construction.
Create 2D drawings, schematics, and other technical documentation based on BIM models.
Participate in design review meetings to provide input on constructability and feasibility.
Train and mentor other team members on BIM software and best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest BIM software and technology developments.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and management.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
Strong understanding of networking, building systems, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
