What You’ll DoDesign and integrate electrical power systems and electrical wiring & interconnection systems (EWIS), including high-power distribution, motor drives, hydraulics, energy storage, and production-ready harness architecturesDevelop and release system schematics, block diagrams, interconnects, and wire diagrams, supporting full lifecycle from concept, production, and sustainment.Lead harness design, component selection, and integration, including connectors, backshells, shielding, grounding, and sealing for harsh marine environmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and compliance teams to optimize SWaP, reliability, EMI/EMC, and environmental robustnessSupport design reviews, first article builds, supplier engagement, and test/qualification activities, ensuring performance and compliance with applicable standardsOperate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-program environment, supporting new development, production, and fielded hardwareWhat You’ll NeedEngineering Bachelor’s degree (EE,ME,CE)1-3 years experience in a hands on electrical engineering roleExposure to mechatronics and electromechanical systems
