We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:Investigate and characterize defects in purchased parts and initiate non-conformity reports (NCRs).Secure the production line by identifying, isolating, and blocking non-conforming parts.Coordinate containment, sorting, and rework activities with internal teams and suppliers.Ensure timely re-feeding of compliant parts to the production line to minimize disruptions.Create, manage, and communicate NCRs through ERP systems and the Supplier Quality Portal.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through daily and weekly operational meetings.Monitor and report key quality KPIs related to non-conformities, containment, and supplier response.Manage supplier follow-up actions and rework to resolve quality issues.Support safety compliance and proper use of manufacturing equipment.Contribute to continuous improvement of the non-conformity management process.Job RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years' experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or non-conformity managementMinimum of 2 years' experience in Non-Conformity Report processes, containment actions, and root-cause documentationMinimum of 2 years' experience utilizing ERP systems and supplier quality portals for inspections and reportingWhat Sets You Apart:Attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsProblem-solving skillsExperience within the railway or transportation industryFamiliarity with manufacturing safety guidelines and proceduresAdditional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screenIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Requires a mix of sitting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and walkingWork will be performed in a manufacturing settingAfter you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
