Sr Corporate Counsel - Employment
Job Description
The Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment is responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to the Company's Human Resources team for employment matters on variety of employment issues. This position is also responsible for managing outside counsel on employment litigation, and handling EEOC, agency charges and internal investigations. Also responsible for updating employee-related agreements, handling restrictive covenant matters, reviewing, and drafting policies and procedures as necessary to support the human resources team, and developing and conducting training on legal developments.
The Senior Corporate Counsel is based as a hybrid (min 3 days/week on-site) at the Company's Secaucus, NJ, headquarters.
Salary Range: $190,000 to $230,000/year + 25% Annual Incentive Plan + LTI
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications
The successful candidate for Senior Corporate Counsel will have the following attributes and/or experiences:
Minimumof7-10+ yearsofexpertiseinemploymentlawcounselingandemployment/litigation experience
Preferred prior in-house experience
Some prior litigation experience a plus
StrongeducationalbackgroundincludinganundergraduatedegreeandJDarerequired
Strong working knowledge of various state and federal employment laws (including FMLA, FLSA,ADA,ADEA,TitleVII,ERISA,andstatelawcounterparts).Californiaexperienceaplus.
Workers'compensationexperienceisaplus
Immigration experience is a plus
