This firm is known for its strong litigation outcomes, high-volume success, and commitment to excellence in legal advocacy, making it an ideal environment for attorneys who enjoy deep legal analysis and impactful motion work.This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll focus on what you do best—legal research and writing—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction.What You’ll Be DoingDraft, review, and argue (if applicable) substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to compel, and other pre-trial motionsConduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategiesCollaborate closely with trial attorneys to support case progressionAnalyze case law and apply it to ongoing litigation mattersContribute to high-impact cases with meaningful legal argumentsWhat We’re Looking ForJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar license (required)2–8+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion workExceptional legal writing and analytical skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentExperience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferredSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $200,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off + paid holidaysBonus opportunities
