Director of Data Analytics Sales Solutions & Client Engagement
DescriptionWe are seeking individuals with a strong leadership mindset in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales. This role focuses on consultative sales experience specifically in Data Analytics, rather than IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with stakeholders within the sales function, including Sales Directors and Modern Trade Heads.Develop a solid understanding of client personas and needs while fostering relationships.Own the business plan which includes financial targets, proposal submissions, and revenue management.Drive the full sales cycle, expanding business with existing clients and proactively identifying new sales opportunities.Collaborate with sales leadership, industry heads, and delivery teams to manage leads and opportunities effectively.Communicate confidently with decision influencers to build credibility.Stay informed on industry trends to understand changing business needs and how our solutions address them.Develop impactful case studies and client testimonials and present at relevant events.Lead the team towards achieving sales targets while maintaining visibility over opportunities and risks.Negotiate comfortably with senior clients to align value with pricing and overcome objections.Ensure accountability for business planning and implementation across the board.Technical SkillsExperience with technologies such as MicrosoftGo, PowerBI, AWS, Snowflake, and GCP.Personal AttributesProficient in networking and client engagement, translating complex ideas into effective communication.Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented and attentive to the fast-evolving landscape of digital media measurement.Strong negotiation skills with a focus on accountability and driving positive business outcomes for clients.RequirementsExcellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.Strong client-facing and communication/presentation skills.Proven success in consultative selling and building case studies.Ability to represent the company at external forums.Exceptional collaboration and networking capabilities.Employment Type: Full-Time
