This position is perfect for recent grads who are excited about gaining hands on experience in recruiting and learning about digital advertising along the way. They will collaborate directly with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and ensure a consistent, responsive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring processCoordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, hiring managers and internal teamsMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate informationHelp source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, etc. to develop a strong prospect pipeline to support recruiting needsServe as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring processPromote diversity & inclusion initiatives and outreach effortsHere are a few indicators that you're the right personYou have great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsYou have excellent time management and project management skillsYou're meticulous and detail orientedYou're curious and you're a problem solverYou love working and collaborating with other teamsRequirements~1 year of relevant experienceExperience in the advertising or ad technology industry is a plusExperience collaborating with team members in various locations globally is a plusSome company benefits includeCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance, plus mental health resources401(k) match and generous PTOHybrid work environment (NYC office)Free lunch for onsite team members in NYCVolunteer OpportunitiesOpportunities for professional development in a high-growth ad tech companyGreater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy.
