Overview In this role, you lead problem solving to reduce downtime and boost tooling, equipment, and conveyor performance in Ford plants. You will work with implementation teams to validate fixes and drive continuous improvements in automated systems. You’ll collaborate across teams to install and modify automation, vision systems, and networking, shaping efficient, state-of-the-art manufacturing. This is a hands-on position with measurable impact on quality and delivery, offering growth within a global automaker.
