Marketing Campaign Analyst Position OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our marketing analytics team. In this role you will analyze campaign performance, build dashboards and automated reports, validate tracking and data flows, and provide strategic insights to improve acquisition and retention efforts across digital and offline channels. You will partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and optimization of marketing investments. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing analytics professional who enjoys working with large data sets, building meaningful reporting solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns. Create audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign requirements. Develop performance measurement frameworks and identify key campaign success metrics. Monitor campaign results, provide ongoing analysis, and recommend optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. Translate complex data into clear visualizations and executive-level insights. Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, scalability, and adherence to data governance standards. Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, data science, and external vendors. Assist with the adoption and utilization of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and other digital marketing technologies. Maintain campaign schedules and contribute to overall marketing planning efforts.  Qualifications3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or a related field. Experience analyzing large and complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data. Experience working with digital marketing technologies such as customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and journey orchestration tools. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Tealium, Redpoint, or similar solutions. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Experience converting data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau and/or Power BI. Knowledge of SQL and Python. Experience creating scalable reporting frameworks and executive-level visualizations. Familiarity with predictive analytics models, including customer lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, or next-best-action modeling.Experience with Denodo or similar data virtualization tools.  In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.Benefits  Email Your Resume In Word ToBrenna.Belardinelli@jobalert.creativecircle.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
