As the brand continues to grow, retention and long-term customer value remain central to how they scale sustainably.They’re looking for a Email & SMS Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of the full post-purchase journey, building retention systems across email, SMS, loyalty, referrals, and reviews to strengthen repeat purchase behavior and long-term customer loyalty.What You’ll DoOwn lifecycle strategy across Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverabilityLead SMS execution through Attentive and coordinate cross-channel customer journeysBuild and optimize automations such as welcome flows, post-purchase journeys, cart recovery, winback, and VIP programsRedesign loyalty and referral initiatives while improving repeat purchase and retention performanceMaintain reporting dashboards tied to LTV, repeat purchase rate, campaign ROI, and channel revenue impactWhat You Bring3–5 years of lifecycle marketing or retention ownership within a DTC brand environmentDeep expertise in Klaviyo, including segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and deliverabilityStrong hands-on experience with SMS platforms such as Attentive or similar toolsStrong analytical thinking with experience in cohorts, LTV, RFM analysis, and retention modelingStrong copywriting skills plus design familiarity with Figma or Adobe PhotoshopOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to build a high-impact retention engine inside a fast-growing consumer brand where customer loyalty directly fuels long-term growth.
