The successful candidate will be responsible for building fast, ergonomic internal trading tools that provide real-time visibility into exchange activity and allow for direct interaction with the systems. This includes the development of high-performance, real-time trading UIs such as blotters, order tickets, risk views, dashboards, and order books. The role also involves creating interactive operational tools for managing live activity, owning end-to-end delivery, defining front-end standards, and designing resilient real-time systems with a focus on strong telemetry and observability. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in building complex, data-heavy, or real-time front-end applications, with a strong expertise in React, TypeScript, state management, and testing. Experience with WebSockets/SSE, data visualization tools, and the ability to build and own lightweight backend services is essential. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to UX, active use of AI coding tools, and domain experience in sports betting, financial, or prediction markets. A strong independent interest in the field, as demonstrated through side projects or self-study, is also a requirement.
