ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR (REMOTE)
Position Summary:Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Admissions files and coordinating with other departments regarding all potential students.Responsibilities:Assign, enter and distribute all leads in a timely mannerEnsure accuracy and completion of student filesCoordinate with other departments regarding student filesProcess applications throughout the dayStrict adherence to all processes and procedures set forth by state, federal, and company policies and regulationsDaily and weekly generation of various lead and enrollment reportsDaily reconciliation of all leadsAdhere to all deadlines set forth by Director of AdmissionsAssist team members, support admissions representatives, and other staff members with excellent customer serviceTrack inventory of Admissions materialsProvide support for special projects as assigned by the Director of AdmissionsAssists admissions team with the acquisition, tracking and management of proofs of graduationParticipates in weekly stitch and accountability meetings and reports out on proof of graduation status/progressMandatory attendance at semi-annual graduationEducation and Experience:High School diploma or GED and three years of related work experience or, two years of post-secondary education and two years of related work experience or, a bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.People Responsibilities:No people responsibilities.Physical Environment:Remote position requiring dedicated workspaceIncumbents may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminalIncumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipmentOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
