VP Pricing and Strategy
Our client is a growing logistics/shipping company with multiple distribution centers throughout the U.S. They’re seeking a VP Pricing and Strategy to join their existing team. This position will function as a strategic partner for several internal customers with high visibility to executive-level decision-makers.VP Pricing and Strategy (Signal Hill, CA - Hybrid):Role can hybrid, but must go into office 1-2x a weekWill lead development and execution of pricing strategies across all divisionsMust have strong pricing experience in 3PL, Shipping, Logistics, etcWill partner closely with sales, ops, finance, and others to ensure alignmentMust have experience developing B2B pricing models based on industry trends and patterns to propose and implement solutionsWill build and maintain complex cost modelsWill help manage an existing teamSalary likely $200-$220k base + bonus, benefitsThey’re deeply invested in their people, and care intensely about mentorship,work/life balance, and fostering opportunities for long-term growth.
