Come make history as a member of the Amazon Entertainment legal team in Amazon's world-class legal department.We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support a diverse array of exciting initiatives, including supporting our cloud gaming service, Luna, development and publishing of new social party games, the upcoming launch of Tomb Raider, and other new projects in the games space.The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company is essential.If you have the ability to always know where you are needed, identify and implement process improvements, effectively manage vendor relationships and work cross-functionally with other teams, please apply today!Key job responsibilitiesNegotiating and documenting a variety of third-party contracts, including vendor agreements, promotional agreements, services agreements, content and technology licenses, event agreements and more;Working with clients on scaling contractual negotiations through artificial intelligence, automated systems; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; andCoordinating with clients and outside counsel.About the teamAmazon Games Legal is part of the Amazon Entertainment Legal group, which also includes Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Amazon Music, Audible, and Twitch.tv.We pride ourselves in facilitating progress and delivering results. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
