The organization is committed to shaping culture through storytelling, sound, design, and products that maintain relevance beyond their initial release.Role Description The Operations & Executive Manager is a hybrid role based in Katy, TX, with flexibility to work from home for designated tasks. This role will support day-to-day business operations, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, preparing reports, and tracking key operational metrics across multiple creative divisions. The Operations & Executive Manager will oversee administrative workflows, maintain documentation and databases, support project timelines, and help streamline processes between publishing, product, and music initiatives. They will provide direct executive support, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, communication drafts, and coordination with internal and external partners. The role also involves assisting with vendor management, light financial administration (such as invoices and expense tracking), and contributing to operational improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency.QualificationsStrong operations and organizational abilities, including workflow coordination, process documentation, and task prioritization.Executive support experience, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of presentations or executive summaries.Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, project management platforms, and cloud-based file systems).Comfort with basic financial and administrative tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and simple reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Experience in creative industries (publishing, consumer products, music, or related fields) is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Compensation $35 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
