Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role based in Graeagle, CA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Additional tasks include monitoring inventory, assisting with food preparation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and bakingKnowledge of food safety and hygiene protocolsStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyTeamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staffAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredA culinary certification or related training is a plus
