Part Time Leasing Consultant

1st Lake Properties is adding a part-time Leasing Consultant to work with our team of Property Management professionals at our 200-unit, market rate apartment community located at 15580 George O'Neal Road in Baton Rouge, LA: Spring Brook apartments.As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, You WillGreet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly mannerProvide information about the property and available units to potential residentsConduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residentsRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing and rental informationUtilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage follow-upsPrepare leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accuratelyPerform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining resident filesCoordinate with property maintenance team to address any maintenance or repair issues reported by residentsThe Qualified Candidate Will HavePrevious experience in leasing or sales rolesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsProficiency with administrative tasks such as data entry and file managementFamiliarity with leasing contracts and property management processes is a plus
