Manage the daily operations of the business office, including billing, collections, and resident accounts

Process insurance claims and coordinate with third-party payers
Supervise office staff, providing training and support as needed
Coordinate communication between families, residents, and staff
Assist with payroll and scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Business Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of billing and insurance processes in long-term care
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
