For more information, go to beyondyoga.com.About The JobYou will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory controlYou will support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environmentAccountable to store manager for driving process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcomeAssess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI’s)Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store teamSupport the onboarding process for new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilitiesExecute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where neededEnsure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes, aides in the completion of all required business directives (ex. price changes/retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers);Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed.Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization.Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management.Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures.Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environmentCollaborate with store team and Home Office partners on building connections with the local community by way of events, drive brand awareness and engagementBe a brand ambassador that embodies and can cultivate the company’s core valuesAbout YouEnjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks, accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentYou are a collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture of inclusion and belonging.Is self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools and adaptable to new initiativesProgressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and trainingAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shiftsAbility to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
